基于数据挖掘探讨姚真敏治疗老年不寐的经验及学术特色

Discussion on YAO Zhen-min’s experience and academic characteristics in the treatment of senile insomnia based on data mining

目的:探究姚真敏教授(以下尊称姚老)治疗老年不寐的临证经验及学术特色。方法:运用Excel、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 22.0、BICOMB2、UCINET、NetDraw等数据挖掘软件,对"姚老治疗老年不寐数据库"进行数据处理、频数分析、关联规则、聚类分析及复杂网络分析。结果:频数分析发现,高频症状25个,高频药物29味,其中补气药居多,甘温之品最频,且多归心经;关联规则发现经典药对24组;聚类分析发现,姚老治疗老年不寐的5种证型和5个基本方;复杂网络发现,姚老治疗老年不寐的核心处方1个。结论:姚老治疗老年不寐善用安神七法:化痰安神、活血安神、滋阴安神、清心安神、和胃安神、交通心肾安神、补血益气安神,尤重补气安神。

Objective:To explore professor YAO Zhen-min’s experience in treating senile insomnia.Methods:Using Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS 22.0,BICOMB2,UCINET and NetDraw data mining software,the data processing,frequency analysis,association rules,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were carried out on the‘professor YAO treating senile insomnia database’.Results:The results of frequency analysis showed that there were 25 high-frequency symptoms and 29 highfrequency drugs,most of which were qi tonic drugs,most of which were sweet and warm products,and most of which were attributed to the heart meridian;24 groups of classic drug pairs were found by association rules;5 syndrome types and 5 basic prescriptions of professor YAO in treating senile insomnia were found by cluster analysis.A core prescription was found by complex network.Conclusion:Professor YAO is good at using seven methods of tranquilizing the mind in the treatment of senile insomnia:Huatan Anshen,Huoxue Anshen,Ziyin Anshen,Qingxin Anshen,Hewei Anshen,Jiaotongxinshen Anshen,Buxueyiqi Anshen.
