HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证T淋巴细胞亚群分析

Analysis of T-lymphocyte subpopulation in HIV/AIDS with internal retention of damp-heat syndrome

目的:探索HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证T淋巴细胞亚群数量,分析湿热内蕴证T淋巴细胞免疫功能。方法:对22例湿热内蕴证组患者、21例无证可辨组患者、21名健康对照组人群采集抗凝血液,应用流式细胞术检测T细胞亚群数量,对数据进行统计分析。结果:与健康对照组比较,湿热内蕴证组患者CD_(4)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)、CD_(3)^(+)CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)CD_(38)^(+)T淋巴细胞计数显著增加(P<0.05),CD_(4)^(+)CD_(28)^(+)T淋巴细胞计数显著降低(P<0.05),T H/S显著降低(P<0.05);与无证可辨组比较,湿热内蕴证组患者CD_(4)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)T淋巴细胞计数显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证CD_(4)^(+)T淋巴细胞计数降低,而CD_(8)^(+)T淋巴细胞计数增加,表明此时免疫功能未降低,说明HIV/AIDS湿热内蕴证处于疾病的早期阶段,提示这些可以作为证候诊断的辅助指标。

Objective:To explore the number of T-lymphocyte subsets in HIV/AIDS with internal retention of damp-heat syndrome,and analyze the immune of T-lymphocyte in damp-heat syndrome.Methods:Anticoagulant blood was collected from 22 patients in HIV/AIDS with internal retention of damp-heat syndrome,21 patients without symptoms and 21 healthy people.Flow cytometry was used to detect the number of T cell subsets,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:Compared with the healthy control group,CD_(4)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)、CD_(3)^(+)CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)CD_(38)^(+)T lymphocyte count increased(P<0.05),CD_(4)^(+)CD_(28)^(+)T lymphocyte count decreased(P<0.05),TH/S was significant decreased(P<0.05).The number of CD_(4)^(+)CD_(25)^(+)T lymphocyte increased significantly compared with the group without symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of CD_(4)^(+)T lymphocyte decreases,while the number of CD_(8)^(+)T lymphocyte increases,indicating that the immune function don’t decrease at this time.It is suggested HIV/AIDS with internal retention of damp-heat syndrome is in the early stage of the disease,which can be used as an auxiliary index for syndrome diagnosis.
