摘要
目的:观察自然状态下寒凝血瘀型痛经患者不同月经期任督二脉循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM)和微循环血流灌注量(MBPU),分析阴阳气血的变化,探讨其与基础体温曲线(BBT)的相关性。方法:选取30例寒凝血瘀型痛经志愿者,记录不同月经期任督二脉IRRTM和观察穴位MBPU,分析其特征。结果:寒凝血瘀型痛经志愿者任脉关元穴红外温度低于同期膻中穴和中脘穴(P<0.01,P<0.05),督脉至阳穴红外温度低于大椎穴(经后期、经间期、经前期)(P<0.05)。任督二脉线上穴位的红外温度呈周期性变化,督脉三穴在经期出现最低温期,其次是经间期;任脉穴位膻中穴、关元穴在经间期出现最低温期。寒凝血瘀型痛经志愿者任脉关元穴MBPU低于膻中穴(经期、经后期、经间期、经前期)和中脘穴(经后期、经前期)(P<0.01,P<0.05);督脉至阳穴MBPU低于大椎穴(经期、经后期)和命门穴(经后期、经间期)(P<0.01,P<0.05);同一周期中,至阳穴、膻中穴、中脘穴平均微循环在经前期处于最高值,而关元穴在此期处于最低值,在经后期达到最高值。结论:寒凝血瘀型痛经志愿者任督二脉上存在"寒凝"体征,其任督二脉线上穴位的红外温度和MBPU均呈周期性变化,前者与BBT基本一致。
Objective:To observe infrared radiation track along meridian course(IRRTM)and microcirculation blood perfusion units(MBPU)of conception and governor vessels(CV and GV)in different menstrual periods of volunteers with dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis under natural conditions,to analyze the changes of yin,yang,qi and blood,and to discuss the correlation between them and basal body temperature curve(BBT).Methods:A totalof 30 volunteers with dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis were selected to record IRRTM and MBPU of CV and GV in different menstrual periods,and their characteristics were analyzed.Results:In the volunteers with dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis,the infrared temperature of Guanyuan(CV 4)on CV was lower than that of Danzhong(CV 17)and Zhongwan(CV 12)in the same menstrual period(P<0.01,P<0.05);and the infrared temperature of Zhiyang(GV 9)on GV was lower than that of Dazhui(GV 14)(the postmenstrual period,the intermenstrual period,the premenstrual period)(P<0.05).The infrared temperature of acupoints on CV and GV changed periodically,and the lowest temperature of the three acupoints of GV appeared in the menstrual period,followed in the intermenstrual period.The lowest temperature of Danzhong(CV 17)and Guanyuan(CV 4)on CV appeared in the intermenstrual period.In the volunteers with dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis,the MBPU of Guanyuan(CV 4)on CV was lower than those in the Danzhong(CV 17)(the menstrual period,the postmenstrual period,the intermenstrual period,the premenstrual period)and Zhongwan(CV 12)(the postmenstrual period,the premenstrual period)(P<0.01,P<0.05).The MBPU of Zhiyang(GV 9)on GV was lower than those in Dazhui(GV 14)(the menstrual period,the postmenstrual period)and Mingmen(GV 4)(the postmenstrual period,the intermenstrual period)(P<0.01,P<0.05).In the same menstrual cycle,the average microcirculation of Zhiyang(GV 9),Danzhong(CV 17)and Zhongwan(CV 12)was in the highest value in the premenstrual period,the average microcirculation of Guanyuan(CV4)was in the lowest value in this period,and reaches the highest value in the postmenstrual period.Conclusion:There are signs of‘cold coagulation’in CV and GV of dysmenorrhea volunteers with cold coagulation and blood stasis type.The infrared temperature and MBPU of acupoints on CV and GV of dysmenorrhea volunteers with cold coagulation and blood stasis type show periodic changes,and the former is basically consistent with BBT.
