摘要
为持续推进学前教育改革,着力打造高质量的普惠性幼儿园体系,本研究以广东省深圳市某区为例,调查“5080”背景下普惠性民办园发展所面临的现实问题,并提出改进对策及建议。研究发现,受“5080”目标的冲击,当前普惠性民办园普遍面临着政府扶持力度不足、教师培训成效欠佳和政府监管力度不够等实际问题。本研究建议政府从进一步加大对普惠性民办园的扶持力度,加强教师培训的针对性、实用性和有效性,全方位、高标准建构普惠性民办园监管体系三个方面入手,全面推进普惠性民办园的优质规范发展。
To further reforming preschool education and build high quality inclusive kindergarten system,this study,taking X District of Shenzhen of Guangdong Province,investigates current problems in the development of inclusive private kindergartens under the background of“5080”and provides suggestions for improvement.The research found that with the goal of“5080”,the current problems that inclusive private kindergartens are facing include insuficient support from govermments,unsatisfactory teacher training,and weak government supervision.It is suggested that governments should promote the development of inclusive private kindergartens from 3 aspects:providing stronger support,improving the practicability and effectiveness of teacher training,and building inclusive private kindergarten system with high standards.
