摘要
从家庭微观社会学角度看,在幼儿家庭教养中,资源分配的不平等是引发教养主体权力冲突的起因,价值观念的差异是权力冲突滋长的缘由,权责竞争是最终导致权力冲突显现的主因。多元价值观的共享,教育主体角色的权责明确与和谐主体关系的建构是冲突制衡的有效策略。
From the perspective of Family Microsociology Theory,the unequal distibution of resources is the objective cause of the power conflict in children's family education.The differences of values constitute the causes of power conflicts,and the competition of power and responsibility is the subjective factor that ulimately leads to the emergence of power conflicts.Sharing of muliple valucs,clarification of rights and responsibilidies of main roles,and the consuruccion of harmonious main relationship are effective strategies to achieve conflict balance.
