综述了食品中常见功能性甜味剂的特点及应用,以便使食品生产厂家更好了解不同甜味剂之间的差异性,在产品开发过程中更好的进行甜味剂的选择,也为消费者正确解读功能性甜味剂,推动功能性甜味剂的市场发展提供指导。
The characteristics and market applications of functional sweeteners were reviewed.So that food manufacturers can better understand the differences between different sweeteners in the process of product development,consumers can understand sweeteners correctly,also can provide guidance for the market applications of functional sweeteners.
