文科大学生创业自我效能感培育研究

Research on Cultivation of Liberal Arts College Students' Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

创业是推动社会经济发展的重要动力,也是缓解文科大学生就业压力的主要渠道。创业自我效能感的培育是文科大学生创业的先决条件之一,它有助于增强主体创业自信心、提升主体自我认知水平,提高主体解决实际问题的心理素养。针对目前我国文科大学生创业自我效能感整体处于较低水平的现状,拟围绕个体创业意识、整体创业环境、创业行为动机三因素,提出培育创业意识、积累创业经验、营造积极的创业环境、提升创业能力四条策略。

Entrepreneurship is not only an important driving force to promote social and economic development,but also the main channel to relieve the employment pressure of liberal arts students.The cultivation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,one of the prerequisites for liberal arts students to start their own business,helps to enhance the subject's entrepreneurial self-confidence,improve the subject's self-recognition level,and improve the subject's psychological quality to solve practical problems.In view of the current situation that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of liberal arts students in China is at a low level,this paper puts forward four strategies of cultivating entrepreneurial consciousness,accumulating entrepreneurial experience,creating a positive entrepreneurial environment and improving entrepreneurial ability based on the three factors of individual entrepreneurial consciousness,overall entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial behavior motivation.
