摘要
对分课堂是区别于传统课堂,以培养学生专业能力、综合素养为目的的新型课堂教学改革模式,与高职培养高素质技能人才相适应,课堂分为教师讲授、内化吸收、讨论三个教学环节,讨论环节之所以放到课堂上进行,目的在于促进小组协作解决问题,培养学生逻辑思维、口语表达等方面的能力,对分课堂能够提升学生的综合素养,促进教师角色转换,增加师生、生生互动交流,拓展多元评价考核机制,是一种有效的教学模式。
PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)is different from traditional classroom.It is a new classroom teaching reform model aimed at cultivating students professional ability and comprehensive quality,which is adapt to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.PAD is divided into three teaching links of teachers teaching,internalized absorption and discussion.Discussions in the classroom aim to promote the team cooperation to solve the problem,to cultivate students ability of logical thinking and oral expression.PAD can improve students comprehensive quality,promote the transformation of teachers role,increase the interaction between teachers and students,and expand the multiple evaluation and assessment mechanism.It is an effective teaching mode.
