《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)已于2022年对已核准的10个国家正式生效,商务部等6部门近日联合印发了《关于高质量实施RCEP的指导意见》。党中央、国务院高度重视RCEP生效实施工作。习近平总书记多次就生效实施工作作出重要指示批示,李克强总理多次召开国务院常务会议进行部署。商务部会同有关部门积极开展工作,与成员方一道,推动协定在2022年的实施。

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) has offi cially entered into force in 2022 for the 10 approved countries. Six departments including the Ministry of Commerce recently jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on High-Quality Implementation of RCEP". The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the implementation of RCEP. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly issued important instructions on the implementation of the work, and Premier Li Keqiang has held several executive meetings of the State Council to make arrangements. The Ministry of Commerce, together with relevant departments, is actively working with member parties to promote the implementation of the agreement in 2022.RCEP is the world’s largest free trade agreement and a comprehensive, modern, high-quality and reciprocal free trade agreement. The effective implementation of RCEP will not only enhance the effi ciency of the ASEAN Expo and promote the development of trade and commerce in the ASEAN region, but will also help promote regional economic growth, enhance the regional business environment, stabilize the regional industrial chain and supply chain, and help stabilize foreign trade and foreign investment., to help build a new development pattern.
