“潘懋元之问”:高考有利于培养个性化创新创业人才吗?

The Pan Maoyuan Question:Is the NCEE Conducive to Cultivating Personalized Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents?

潘懋元教授是我国高等教育学科的奠基人、开拓者,著名教育学家,厦门大学教育研究院名誉院长。他以辛勤的工作和开拓性的探索,写下了中国高等教育学科的一个个“第一”。2021年11月27日,在第二届潘懋元教育思想研讨会上,潘懋元教授发问:“高考有利于培养个性化创新创业人才吗?”“潘懋元之问”语惊四座,让大家陷入深思。当前,我国高等教育发展形势已经发生了深刻的变化,实施全国统一高考的条件已然有了重要改变。虽然高考这种招生考试制度在改革开放以来曾发挥了重大的历史性作用,但当高等教育毛入学率超过了50%,接受高等教育已经成为青年和成年人的义务,统一高考与教育要培养个性化创新创业人才的要求已是背道而驰。潘先生希望抛砖引玉,就进高校还要不要高考的问题请教大家。

Professor Pan Maoyuan is the founder and pioneer of the science of higher education in China,an educationist and honorary president the Institute of Education,Xiamen University.He pioneered in many areas in this discipline.On November 27th,2021,at the Second Pan Maoyuan Education Thought Seminar,Professor Pan asked,“is the NCEE(National College Entrance Examination)conducive to cultivating personalized innovative and entrepreneurial talents?”His question set everybody thinking.At present,higher education in China has undergone profound changes,and the conditions for a unified national college entrance examination have also changed.Although the NCEE system has played an important historic role since the reform and opening up,when the gross enrollment rate of higher education exceeds 50%,it has become the obligation of youngsters and adults to receive higher education,a unified NCEE runs counter to the requirement of cultivating personalized innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Mr.Pan hopes to attract attention on this question.
