奥氮平联合草酸艾司西肽普兰对抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的疗效及安全性观察

Efficacy and Safety of Olanzapine Combined with Escitalopram Oxalate in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Depression

目的:分析奥氮平联合草酸艾司西肽普兰对抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的疗效及安全性观察。方法:选取2018年12月至2020年12月期间南方医科大学顺德医院收治的抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者40例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用草酸艾司西肽普兰治疗,观察组采用草酸艾司西肽普兰与奥氮平联合治疗,观察不同干预方案对抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的疗效及安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的抑郁情况、睡眠质量及生命质量均有所改善,SDS、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),GQOL-74评分高于对照组(P<0.05),2组SDS、PSQI、GQOL-74评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平与草酸艾司西肽普兰进行联合治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者疗效显著,安全性较好,对于患者的预后具有重要价值。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with depression.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2020,40 patients with depression and sleep disorder were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate,and the treatment group was treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with olanzapine.The efficacy and safety of different intervention schemes on sleep disorders in patients with depression were observed.Results:After treatment,the depression,sleep quality and quality of life of patients in the treatment group were improved,the scores of SDS and PSQI were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of GQOL-74 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of SDS,PSQI and GQOL-74 between the two groups(Ps<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate is effective and safe in the treatment of depression with sleep disorder,which is of great value for the prognosis of patients.
