低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术对慢性扁桃体炎患者临床疗效和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Low-Temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Knife Tonsillectomy on Clinical Efficacy and Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Tonsillitis

目的:探究低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术对慢性扁桃体炎的临床效果和对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年11月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的慢性扁桃体炎患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施传统扁桃体切除术治疗,观察组实施低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗,比较2组患者术后疼痛评分、生命质量评分、手术相关指标及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛感低于对照组,术后生命质量高于对照组,术后睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间较对照组更短,术后出血量更少,术后进食时间更早,伪膜脱落得更快,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用低温等离子射频刀扁桃体切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎,患者疼痛感更轻,术后生命质量、睡眠质量更高,手术相关指标情况更好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife tonsillectomy on chronic tonsillitis and the effect of sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic tonsillitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tonsillectomy,and the observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife tonsillectomy.The postoperative pain score,life quality score,surgery-related indicators and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the postoperative quality of life was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative sleep quality was better than that of the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time,less postoperative blood loss,earlier postoperative eating time,and faster pseudo-membrane shedding.The differences were statistically significant.(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency knife tonsillectomy is used to treat chronic tonsillitis.The patients feel less pain,postoperative quality of life and sleep quality are higher,and the conditions of surgery-related indicators are better.
