对比分析阿戈美拉汀片与帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁伴失眠症状的效果

To Compare the Effect of Agomelatine Tablets and Paroxetine Tablets in the Treatment of Depression with Insomnia Symptoms

目的:对比分析采用阿戈美拉汀片与帕罗西汀片分别治疗抑郁症伴失眠患者的效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月山东省烟台市心理康复医院收治的抑郁症伴失眠患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组患者给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者给予阿戈美拉汀治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评价2组患者护理前后睡眠质量的变化情况,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价2组患者抑郁改善情况,同时比较2组患者的治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,观察组HAMD评分低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿戈美拉汀片对抑郁症伴失眠患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者失眠及抑郁症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of agomelatine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression patients with insomnia.Methods:A total of 96 patients with depression and insomnia admitted to Yantai Psychological Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 patients in each group,the control group was treated with paroxetine,the observation group was treated with agomelatine.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the changes of sleep quality before and after nursing between 2 groups,and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the improvement of depression between 2 groups,and the treatment efficiency between 2 groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement effect of depression in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(68.75%),and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Agomelatine tablets for the treatment of depression patients with insomnia can effectively improve the symptoms of insomnia and depression,which is worthy of clinical application.
