流产后关爱在无痛人流围手术期的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Post-abortion Care in Painless Abortion and Its Influence on Sleep Quality during Perioperative Period

目的:探讨流产后关爱(PAC)在无痛人流围手术期的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2019年9月重庆市渝北区妇幼保健院无痛人工流产女性120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组在没有进行流产后关爱宣教的情况下直接手术,观察组根据患者个体情况进行有针对性的PAC干预,宣传保健知识后再进入手术室,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)比较2组患者的焦虑发生情况,比较2组患者人工流产综合征及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者入室前、术前、术中人工流产综合征发生率、护理工作满意度均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论:对接受无痛人流手术的患者实施PAC干预,可以让患者的焦虑情绪得到有效缓解,让患者的睡眠质量得到明显的改善。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Post-abortion care(PAC)after abortion in the perioperative period of painless abortion and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 120 women with painless induced abortion from March 2019 to September 2019 in Yubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Chongqing were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group underwent direct surgery without PAC education,while the observation group underwent targeted PAC intervention according to the individual situation of patients and publicized health care knowledge before entering the operating room.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was used to compare the incidence of anxiety,induced abortion syndrome and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The incidence of induced abortion syndrome and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group before entering,before and during operation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:PAC intervention for patients undergoing painless abortion can effectively relieve their anxiety and improve their sleep quality.
