手术室护理干预对肝内胆管结石手术合并糖尿病患者的临床效果及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention in Operating Room on Clinical Effect and Sleep of Patients with Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stone Surgery and Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨手术室护理干预对行手术切除的肝内胆管结石合并糖尿病患者的临床效果以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年5月福建省立医院收治的肝内胆管结石手术合并糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施传统手术护理,观察组进行手术室综合护理,观察2组患者的临床效果和睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者的血糖水平、术中出血量、住院时间、睡眠质量、疼痛情况、并发症情况、临床效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:予以手术室护理干预,能提高肝内胆管结石手术切除合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效和睡眠质量,促进患者术后康复。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect and sleep influence of nursing intervention in operating room on patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone surgery combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 60 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone surgery combined with diabetes who were admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional surgical care,and the observation group received comprehensive care in the operating room.The clinical effects and sleep quality of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results:The blood glucose level,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,sleep quality,pain,complications,and clinical effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention in the operating room can improve the clinical efficacy and sleep quality of patients undergoing surgical resection of intrahepatic bile duct stones combined with diabetes,and promote postoperative recovery.
