急诊科专职化分层护理对慢性心力衰竭患者恢复和睡眠质量的影响

Application of Emergency Department Nursing in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探究急诊科专职化分层护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者恢复进程、依从性、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院急诊科收治的慢性心力衰竭患者92例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组实施急诊科常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施急诊科专职化分层护理干预,并对2组患者的恢复效果、依从性、脑钠肽与睡眠质量进行比较。结果:对照组恢复效果为71.74%,低于观察组的93.48%(P<0.05);观察组依从率为95.65%,高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组脑钠肽水平与睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者采用急诊科专职化分层护理干预的效果显著,可使患者的依从性与睡眠质量显著提高,降低脑钠肽水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of professional stratified nursing intervention in emergency department on the recovery process,compliance and sleep quality of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 92 patients with chronic heart failure from January 2018 to December 2020 in the emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,observation Group in the premise of the implementation of emergency department under the layered professional nursing intervention,and the two groups of recovery,compliance,brain natriuretic peptide and sleep quality were compared.Results:The recovery rate of the observation group was 93.48%,it is higher than control group(71.74%)(P<0.05),the compliance rate of the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(P<0.05).The level of brain natriuretic peptide and the score of sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of specialized stratified nursing intervention in emergency department on chronic heart failure is significant,which can improve patients′compliance and sleep quality,and reduce the level of brain natriuretic peptide.
