优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复与睡眠质量的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Sleep Quality in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:观察优质护理干预对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年7月莆田学院附属医院护理部收治的胃癌手术患者58例作为研究对象,按照密闭式信封抽取的方式随机分为对照组与观察组,每组29例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理干预,采用自制睡眠质量量表比较2组护理前后睡眠质量变化情况,采用SF-36生命质量评分(SF-36)评价2组患者生命质量的改善程度,同时比较2组胃肠道功能改善情况及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患者胃肠道通气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者睡眠质量评分低于对照组,SF-36生命质量评分高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预能够有效改善患者胃肠道功能,提升患者睡眠质量,提高患者生命质量,改善患者胃肠道功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and sleep quality in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery admitted to the Nursing Department of Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the closed envelope,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention.The self-made sleep quality scale was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after nursing and the improvement of gastrointestinal function of the two groups was compared.SF-36 questionnaire was used to evaluate the improvement of quality of life of patients between two groups.The improvement of gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,gastrointestinal ventilation time,bowel sound recovery time,diet recovery time and hospital stay time in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).After nursing,sleep quality score of observation group was lower than control group,SF-36 quality of life score was higher than control group,the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the gastrointestinal function of patients.
