60例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:通过对60例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行分析,采用睡眠呼吸检测仪对患者睡眠时口鼻气流等进行监测,随后分析具体效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者60例作为研究对象。对患者进行常规查体,主要包含咽喉部、颈部以及睡眠、夜间呼吸监测,对患者的血压、血脂、血糖展开测量,将出现其他症状的患者人数进行统计,最后电话随访接受研究的患者恢复程度如何,记录相关信息。采用PSG检测仪进行检测,并对患者的睡眠情况进行检测,主要包含睡眠延迟、阻塞性呼吸暂停次数、低通气指数、呼吸紊乱指数、最低血氧饱和度、最慢心率情况。结果:中度、轻度、重度患者的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者指数不同;患者的血压、血糖以及血脂的各项指标会随着症状加重而升高;电话随访中得知,使用BiPAP机治疗的患者,对病情的改善程度更高,总有效率高于其他治疗方式。结论:睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者出现呼吸紊乱、低通气指数、血氧饱和度以及阻塞性呼吸暂停次数等具有明显相关性,同时随着患者颈部维度增加,病情也会加重,血脂上升程度会更加显著;BiPAP机治疗是目前疗效显著的治疗方式。

Objective:To analyze 60 patients with sleep apnea syndrome,monitor the orinasals airflow during sleep with sleep breath detector,and then analyze the specific effect.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sleep apnea syndrome treated in Dezhou Lingcheng District People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients underwent routine physical examination,mainly including throat,neck and sleep,night breathing monitoring.The blood pressure,blood lipid and blood glucose of the patients were measured.The number of patients with other symptoms was counted.Finally,the recovery degree of the patients receiving the study was followed up by telephone.Record the relevant information.PSG detector was used for detection,and the sleep conditions of patients were detected,mainly including sleep delay,times of obstructive apnea,hypopnea index,respiratory disorder index,minimum oxygen saturation and slowest heart rate.Results:The indexes of patients with respiratory syndrome in moderate,mild and severe patients were different.The indexes of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid will increase with the aggravation of symptoms.According to the telephone follow-up,the patients treated with BiPAP machine have a higher degree of improvement of the condition,and the total effective rate is higher than that of other treatment methods.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between respiratory disorder,hypopnea index,blood oxygen saturation and the number of obstructive apnea in patients with sleep apnea syndrome.At the same time,with the increase of neck dimension,the condition will worsen and the increase of blood lipid will be more significant.BiPAP machine treatment is the most effective treatment now.
