帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的临床效果观察

Paroxetine Combined with Trazodone in the Treatment of Patients with Depression and Sleep Disorders

目的:探析帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗抑郁症合并睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年10月三明市沙县总医院收治的抑郁症睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取单一用药模式(帕罗西汀),观察组采取联合用药模式(帕罗西汀+曲唑酮),比较2组的治疗效果、睡眠质量评分、焦虑和抑郁评分、药物不良反应以及患者的生命质量等。结果:治疗前,2组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周和6周后观察组的HAMD和HAMA评分均比对照组低,差异均有统计意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生命质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取帕罗西汀联合曲唑酮治疗抑郁症合并睡眠障碍效果确切,可提高患者睡眠质量,减轻抑郁程度,预防和减少不良反应发生,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with trazodone in the treatment of patients with depression and sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 60 patients with depression and sleep disorders admitted to Sha County General Hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given single drug(paroxetine),and the observation group was given combined drug(paroxetine+trazodone).The treatment effect,sleep quality score,anxiety and depression score,adverse drug reactions and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in 2 groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paroxetine combined with trazodone in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorder is effective,can improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce the degree of depression,prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
