摘要
2021年英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所发布了《产后护理指南》,该指南综合了相关国际领域高质量的循证医学证据,立足于产后母婴护理临床问题,规范和优化了临床护理操作,为产科护理人员提供了切实有效的实践指导。本文围绕指南中产后护理的管理与转诊、产妇的产后护理、产后的婴儿护理、婴儿疾病的症状和体征以及婴儿喂养的护理这5个方面的推荐意见进行要点解读,为进一步促进母婴安全,提升产科护理内涵提供参考。
In 2021,the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence issued the Guideline:Postnatal Care.The Guideline integrates worldwide high-quality evidence-based medical evidence and standardizes and optimizes clinical care practices based on the clinical issues in postnatal maternal and child care,providing practical and effective guidance for obstetric nurses.This article interprets the recommendations in the Guideline from 5 aspects:organisation and delivery of postnatal care,postnatal care of the woman,postnatal care of the baby,symptoms and signs of illness in babies,planning and supporting babies’feeding,providing a reference for further promoting maternal and infant safety and improving the level of obstetric care.
