儿童和青少年癌症患者治疗期间睡眠习惯调查分析

Survey and Analysis on Sleep Habits of Children and Adolescents with Cancer during Treatment

目的了解儿童和青少年癌症患者治疗期间的睡眠时间及睡眠质量现状,分析其睡眠习惯的影响因素,为进一步提升儿童和青少年癌症患者睡眠质量提供参考。方法2019年8月至2020年10月,采用便利抽样方法选取收治于上海市2所三级甲等医院的儿童和青少年癌症患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷及儿童睡眠习惯问卷对其进行调查。结果被调查的166例患儿睡眠习惯平均得分为(47.15±6.58)分,有132例(79.52%)存在睡眠障碍。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、疾病类型癌症患儿的睡眠习惯得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童和青少年癌症患者在治疗期间普遍存在睡眠障碍,医护人员应与其监护人密切合作,对不同疾病类型、不同年龄段患儿给予针对性的干预和指导。

ObjectiveTo understand the sleep duration and sleep quality of children and adolescents with cancer during their treatment,and to analyze the influencing factors of their sleep habits,providing a reference for further improvement of sleep quality of the children and adolescents with cancer.Methods From August 2019 to October 2020,children and adolescents with cancer admitted to two Grade 3A hospitals in Shanghai were selected by convenience sampling.They were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire and the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire.ResultsThe average score of sleep habits of the 166 children was(47.15±6.58)points,and 132 of them(79.52%)had sleep disorders.Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in sleep habit scores among cancer children with different ages and diseases(P<0.05).ConclusionSleep disorders are common in children and adolescents with cancer during their treatment.Medical staff should work closely with their guardians to give targeted intervention and guidance to children with different diseases and ages.
