口腔癌皮瓣移植患者病耻感现状及影响因素分析

Status quo and influencing factors of stigma in patients with oral cancer flap transplantation

目的:调查口腔癌皮瓣移植患者病耻感的现状及影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表、社会影响量表、一般自我效能感量表、Rosenberg自尊量表对105例口腔癌皮瓣移植患者进行调查,分析其病耻感的影响因素。结果:口腔癌皮瓣移植患者社会影响量表条目均分为(2.13±0.44)分,84.8%(89例)的患者病耻感为中或高水平。口腔癌皮瓣移植患者的一般自我效能和自尊水平是其病耻感的独立影响因素。结论:口腔癌皮瓣移植患者病耻感水平较高,临床医务人员需要重视口腔癌皮瓣移植术后口腔基本功能的恢复和重建,在工作中应加强患者心理状态的引导,引导患者发挥潜能,采取积极的态度面对疾病,帮助其形成积极的心态以改善病耻感现状。

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of stigma in patients with oral cancer flaps transplantation.Methods:105 patients with oral cancer flap transplantation were investigated using general data questionnaire,Social Impact Scale(SIS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(RSES)and analyzed the influencing factors.Results:The average score of SIS was 2.13±0.44,and 84.8%(89 cases)of the patients had a moderate or high level stigma.General self-efficacy and self-esteem of patients with oral cancer flap transplantation were independent factors of stigma.Conclusion:Patients with oral cancer flap transplantation had high level stigma,and the recovery and reconstruction of oral function after surgery is needed.Medical staff should guide patients to take a positive attitude to improve stigma.
