脑卒中上肢功能障碍患者的口腔健康管理研究进展

Research progress on oral health management of stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction

对国内外脑卒中后伴有上肢功能障碍患者的口腔健康管理情况进行综述,回顾了脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者的口腔健康现状,分析了上肢功能障碍对口腔健康状况的影响,并从患者管理、照顾者管理、医护人员管理、社会管理4个方面提出建议,旨在为我国脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者的口腔护理提供科学的指导。

This paper described and summarized the oral health of domestic and foreign stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction from two aspects including the oral health of those patients and how upper limb dysfunction after stroke could affect oral health both physiologically and psychologically.Recommendations concerning patient care,caregiver management,nursing management and social management were put forward to provide scientific guidance for oral care of patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke in China.
