粒径不同条件下煤氧化升温规律试验研究

摘要 针对目前研究煤自燃氧化升温规律时没有分析覆岩垮落及保护煤柱形成的轴向应力对粒径不同煤的渗透率和裂隙结构等参数的影响,借助气相色谱仪及荷载加压装置,通过试验研究粒径不同的煤样在热—应力耦合影响下的自燃氧化升温规律,结果表明:随着单轴应力不断增大,粒径不同的煤样升温速率变化趋势基本相同,表现为先升高再减少趋势;耗氧速率表现为先迅速升高之后逐步增大,整体为一直升高的变化趋势;产热速率变化趋势为初始阶段较平稳、之后开始升高、最后下降的变化规律。 In view of the present study of coal spontaneous combustion rule without oxidation temperature and strata caving and protection coal pillar of axial stress of different particle size of coal permeability and the effects of parameters such as fissure structure,using gas chromatograph and load pressure device,through the experimental study on the particle size of different coal sample in thermal-stress the spontaneous combustion oxidation temperature under the influence of the coupling rule,the results showed that:with the increasing of uniaxial stress,the heating rate of coal samples with different particle sizes has the same trend,which shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The oxygen consumption rate increased rapidly first and then gradually,and the overall trend was always increasing.The variation trend of heat generation rate is stable at the initial stage,then it begins to rise and finally decreases.
