基于红外光谱检测的工业电气设备泄漏试验分析

摘要 SF_(6)、N_(2)混合电气设备在电网系统中应用广泛,SF_(6)、N_(2)在气体密度方面差异性大,会对工业电气设备运行安全性产生影响,因此加强电气设备泄漏检测尤为重要。研究应用红外光谱检测技术,通过红外光源合理选择及分光系统设置,对SF_(6)气体浓度进行检测,实践证实该检测技术能够实现对SF_(6)分解气体成分及含量的实时检测,评估电气设备带电运行状态情况,为电气设备性能分析提供可靠的依据,保障电气设备运行安全性。 SF_(6)/N_(2)hybrid electrical equipment is widely used in power grid systems.SF_(6)and N_(2)have a large difference in gas density,which will affect the operational safety of industrial electrical equipment.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen electrical equipment leakage detection.Research and application of infrared spectroscopy detection technology,through reasonable selection of infrared light source and spectroscopic system settings,to detect the concentration of SF_(6)gas,practice has proved that the detection technology can realize real-time detection of the composition and content of SF_(6)decomposition gas,and evaluate the electric operation status of electrical equipment.Provide a reliable basis for the performance analysis of electrical equipment and ensure the safety of electrical equipment operation.
