Research on The Operation Mechanism of Industrialization of High-tech Achievements

高新技术是推动人类社会进步与发展的重要力量,但技术本身并不能创造价值,只有将技术成果产业化,才能促进社会经济高速发展,体现其经济价值。本文简要阐述了高新技术的特点和分类,分析了高新技术产业化的内涵和基本条件,在此基础上,探讨了高新技术成果产业化的运行机制,包括高新技术产业化过程、动力机制和转化机制。

High and new technology is an important force to promote the progress and development of human society,but technology itself can not create value.Only by industrialization of technological achievements can we promote the rapid development of social economy and reflect its economic value.This paper briefly expounds the characteristics and classification of high-tech,analyzes the connotation and basic conditions of high-tech industrialization,and discusses the operation mechanism of high-tech industrialization,including high-tech industrialization process,dynamic mechanism and transformation mechanism.
