在我国科学技术水平的不断提升下,农业生产理念和装备得到了不断升级,农业机械作为农业生产实施的主力,其普及率与技术升级速度得到了快速提升。农机技术逐渐向自动化和智能化方向发展,农业机械中应用的传感器技术逐渐增多,为农业机械的性能提升创造了有利条件。通过对现阶段农机中应用的传感器技术特征进行分析,说明了传感器技术在农业机械中的应用情况,总结了传感器技术在农机工况检测与故障预防中主要应用形式与对应功能,强调了传感器技术在农业机械中应用的发展方向。

With the continuous improvement of China’s scientific and technological level,the concept and equipment of agricultural production have been continuously upgraded.As the main force of agricultural production,the popularization rate and technology upgrading speed of agricultural machinery have been rapidly improved.Agricultural machinery technology is gradually developing towards automation and intelligence,and the sensor technology applied in agricultural machinery is gradually increasing,which creates favorable conditions for the improvement of the performance of agricultural machinery.By analyzing the characteristics of sensor technology applied in agricultural machinery at the present stage,this paper explains the application of sensor technology in agricultural machinery,summarizes the main application forms and corresponding functions of sensor technology in working condition detection and fault prevention of agricultural machinery,and emphasizes the development direction of sensor technology in agricultural machinery.
