摘要
在服务行业快速发展的背景之下,各类型的服务业组织越来越关注服务业规范与服务质量的提高,并且进行了服务标准化及工作环境的优化。但是很少有企业真正可以意识到标准化的使用可以提高服务的质量及服务的效率。要想保证每一个行业与企业清楚地认识到服务标准化的积极影响,就需要合理地进行标准化试点工作。我国服务标准化的试点工作开展已有10余年,服务组织从开始对其不了解、不理解,逐渐转变为看重服务标准化的试点工作,而本次课题也主要针对服务标准化试点的相关内容进行探讨和分析。
Under the background of the rapid development of the service industry,service organizations of various types pay more and more attention to service standardization and service quality improvement,and carry out service standardization and work environment optimization.However,few enterprises can really realize that the use of standardization can improve the quality and efficiency of services.To ensure that every industry and enterprise clearly recognizes the positive impact of service standardization,it is necessary to carry out standardization pilot work reasonably.The pilot work of service standardization in China has been carried out for more than 10 years.From the beginning,service organizations do not understand it,and gradually change to the pilot work of service standardization.This topic mainly discusses and analyzes the relevant contents of the service standardization pilot.
