摘要
针对悬挑式、倒置式等多种模板支撑体系,国内外学者都提出了较为完善的设计思路及施工方法,但现有研究未对不同受力工况下悬挑梁板支撑架的设计与施工做出明显的区别。结合工程实例,针对工字钢的简支和悬挑2种不同受力状况,分别设计出3种不同的架体,优化钢丝绳和下撑杆的使用,为悬挑梁板结构的施工提供更加灵活的解决思路。
Relatively perfect design ideas and construction methods for various formwork support systems such as cantilever and inverted have been put forward,but the existing research has not made obvious differences in the design and construction of cantilever beam plate support frame under different stress conditions.Combined with engineering examples,according to the two different stress conditions of simple support and cantilever of I-beam,three different frames are designed respectively to optimize the use of steel wire rope and lower brace,so as to provide a more flexible solution for the construction of cantilever beam slab structure.
