高层复式结构铝模施工技术

摘要 高层复式结构在设计上实际是两层结构,层高为2个标准层高,且存在大量架空结构。在当今铝合金模板和附着式升降脚手架替代传统的钢管脚手架和木模的背景下,进行高层复式结构施工的探索研究,介绍了采用铝合金模板+附着式升降脚手架体系在复式结构施工过程中遇到的问题以及有关的处理方案。通过切实可行的措施,提高铝合金模板+附着式升降脚手架体系在复式结构施工的可行性,从而实现推进绿色施工,提高施工效率,降低施工成本,促进施工安全的目的。 High-rise compound structure is actually a two-storey structure in design,with two standard storey heights and a large number of overhead structures.Under the background that aluminum alloy formwork and attached lifting scaffold replace the traditional steel pipe scaffold and wood formwork,the construction of high-rise compound structure is explored and studied.The paper introduces the problems and relevant treatment schemes of aluminum alloy formwork+attached lifting scaffold system in the construction of compound structure,and improves the feasibility of aluminum alloy formwork+attached lifting scaffold system in the construction of compound structure through practical measures,so as to realize the purposes of promoting green construction,improving construction efficiency,reducing construction cost and promoting construction safety.
