Prefabricated box girder is used in the construction of Airport Express Railway Project,which not only shortens the construction time greatly.Because the precision of the construction of the Airport Express Car is strictly controlled,the flatness of the box girder should be ensured and the linearity of the erected bridge should meet the requirements.Based on the elevated section project of the subsection line of an International Airport Express Railway Project,the paper analyzes the construction technology of the box girder precast,maintains the smoothness of the box girder,strictly controls the occurrence of cracks in the girder,and expounds the detailed steps of the onsite erection of the box girder,studies the erection of the equipment such as the girder lifting machine and the bridge erecting machine,so as to ensure the linearity of the bridge and provide reference for the similar box girder projects.
