摘要
依托深圳地铁16号线二期工程某区间盾构隧道,对弹性密封垫进行数值模拟。通过分析得知:弹性密封垫的防水能力主要体现在接触面上的接触应力上,当接触应力大于渗水压力时,可认为密封垫密封完好。通过数值计算,认为管片张开量为0~1 mm阶段和张开量大于5 mm以后的阶段,管片防水性能趋于不安全。
Based on the shield tunnel in a section of the second phase project of Shenzhen metro line 16,the elastic gasket is numerically simulated in the paper.The analysis shows that the waterproof ability of the elastic gasket is mainly reflected in the contact stress on the contact surface.When the contact stress is greater than the water seepage pressure,it can be considered that the gasket is well sealed.Through numerical calculation,it is considered that the segment waterproof performance tends to be unsafe from the stage when the segment opening is in the range of 0-1 mm and after the segment opening is greater than 5 mm.
