新型双耗能板剪切型软钢阻尼器耗能性能 被引量:2

ENERGY DISSIPATION PERFORMANCE OF DOUBLE ENERGY DISSIPATION SHEAR-TYPE PLATE MILD STEEL DAMPER

摘要 提出一种双耗能板剪切型软钢阻尼器,对其耗能性能进行研究。新型剪切型软钢阻尼器的耗能板由2块低屈服点钢叠合组成。通过普通剪切型软钢阻尼器已有试验结果与有限元模拟结果对比,确定模拟方法的可靠性。采用ABAQUS对双耗能板剪切型软钢阻尼器进行了有限元分析,结果表明,新型剪切型软钢阻尼器滞回曲线饱满、稳定。双耗能板剪切型软钢阻尼器占用空间及连接板用钢量仅是普通型软钢阻尼器的一半,且防屈曲与疲劳性能更优,具有广阔的应用前景。 A kind of shear mild steel damper with double energy dissipation plates is proposed,and its energy dissipation performance is studied.The energy dissipation plate of the new shear mild steel damper is composed of two pieces of low-yield-point steel plates.The reliability of soft steel damper is determined by comparing the simulation results with the existing finite element method.The finite element analysis of double energy dissipation plate shear mild steel damper is carried out by the finite element software ABAQUS.The results show that the hysteretic curve of the new shear mild steel damper is full and stable.The space occupied by the double energy dissipation plate shear-type mild steel damper and the amount of steel used for the connecting plate are only half of that of the ordinary mild steel damper,and the anti buckling and fatigue performance are better,so it has a broad application prospect.
