发动机安装节推力实验室校准与试车台测量差异化分析

摘要 发动机安装节推力测量是目前航空发动机飞行试验测试领域的热点问题之一。理论上剪切力和弯矩都可以反映安装节承受的推力载荷,但在工程上为了确定哪种方式更有效,需要开展相应的研究。首先对安装节进行剪力桥和弯矩桥应变计改装,其次在实验室开展地面校准试验,建立推力-应变校准方程,最后开展试车台试验。试验结果表明,剪力桥效果显著,弯矩桥效果不佳。通过分析试车台条件和实验室校准条件下的安装节推力传递模型的差异,得出剪力桥更适合发动机安装节推力测量的结论,对于在飞行条件下开展发动机安装节推力测量具有重要的指导意义。 Measurement of mount thrust of aeroengine has become one of research hotspots for aeroengine flight test in recent years.Theoretically,both shearing force and bending moment can reflect load of the mount thrust.However,further research needs to be studied for determining validity of the method during engineering process.Firstly,strain gages of shearing and bending were refitted on the mount.Then calibration test of the thrust was made in the lab,and thrust-strain calibration equation was also established.Finally,experiment was done on test bed.The experimental results show that shearing gage was more effective than bending gage.Shearing bridge was more appropriate for measuring the mount thrust by comparing the thrust transfer model under the conditions of testbed and laboratory,which has an important guideline for measuring the mount thrust of aeroengine during flight test.
