摘要
以北京某废弃炼铁高炉民用化改造工程为例,介绍了其暖通空调系统设计的特点、难点及思路。采用EnergyPlus软件对建筑进行了分区、分项的全年逐时冷热负荷模拟,利用模拟数据对冷源搭配方案及内区新风供冷方案进行了分析。对秀场高大空间进行了分层空调系统气流组织模拟,验证优化了设计方案。
Taking a civilization transformation project of an abandoned ironmaking blast furnace in Beijing as an example,this paper presents the design characteristics,difficulties and ideas of the HVAC system,simulates the building’s annual hourly cooling and heating loads by partition and item using the EnergyPlus software,analyses the schemes of refrigeration unit selection and inner zone outdoor air cooling based on the simulated data,simulates the air distribution of the stratified air conditioning system of the high space show venue,and validates and improves the design scheme.
