微生态制剂对白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及排泄物中有害气体含量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of probiotics on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and content of harmful gases in excreta of white feather broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同剂量的微生态制剂对白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和排泄物中有害气体含量的影响。选取1日龄体重相近、健康的白羽肉鸡300只(公、母各半),随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组(T0组)为基础日粮,试验组(T1组和T2组)分别在基础日粮中添加0.02%和0.05%水平的微生态制剂。试验期42d。结果显示,与T0组相比,T1组显著提高了肉鸡21日龄体重、1~21日龄平均日增重(ADG)、22~42日龄平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05)。与T0组相比,T1组显著提高了肉鸡血清中新城疫病毒抗体效价(P<0.05),极显著提高血清中H_(9)亚型禽流感病毒抗体效价(P<0.01);T1组显著提高了肉鸡血清中白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLOB)含量(P<0.05);复合排泄物发酵6 h和12 h后,T1组极显著降低了复合排泄物中H_(2)S排放量(P<0.01),发酵24h后,T1组显著降低了复合排泄物中H_(2)S排放量(P<0.05)。与T0组相比,复合排泄物发酵6 h后,T1组和T2组均极显著降低了复合排泄物中NH_(3)排放量(P<0.01),发酵12 h和24 h后,T1组极显著减低了复合排泄物中NH_(3)排放量(P<0.01)。研究表明,添加0.02%微生态制剂能够有效提高叠层笼养白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗体水平以及机体免疫力,有效降低复合排泄物中有害气体排放量。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of different levels of probiotics in diets on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and excreta content of white feather broilers.300 one-day-old healthy white feather broilers with similar body weight(half in male and female)were randomly divided into three groups,with five replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in control group(group T0)were fed with a basal diet,and broilers in experimental groups(group T1 and group T2)were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.02% and 0.05% probiotics,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that compared with group T0,group T1 significantly increased body weight at 21 d,ADG at 1~21 d,ADFI at 22~42 d(P<0.05),significantly decreased F/G(P<0.05).Compared with group T0,group T1 significantly increased the serum newcastle disease virus antibody titer(P<0.05),extremely increased the serum H_(9) subtype avian influenza virus antibody titer(P<0.01).Compared with group T0,group T1 significantly increased the content of serum ALB,TP and GLOB(P<0.05).Compared with group T0,after 6~12 h of compound fecal fermentation,the H_(2)S emission in compound fecal in group T1 was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and after 24 h of fermentation,the H_(2)S emission in compound fecal in group T1 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group T0,group T1 and group T2 extremely reduced NH_(3)<emission in compound excreta after 6 h fermentation(P<0.01),group T1 extremely reduced NH_(3) emission in compound excreta after 12 h and 24 h fermentation(P<0.01).The study indicates that adding 0.02% probiotics can effectively improve the growth performance,antibody level and immunity of white broilers,and effectively reduce the emission of harmful gases in compound excreta.
