不同采收时期黄花蒿多糖体外抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究不同采收时期黄花蒿多糖体外抗氧化活性。选取了3个不同时期的黄花蒿,采用酶提醇沉法制备多糖并测定其含量,通过体外测定其对DPPH·、·OH、·O_(2)^(-)等自由基的清除率以及总还原能力、总抗氧化能力(ABTS法)评价黄花蒿多糖的抗氧化活性。结果显示,不同采收时期黄花蒿多糖体外抗氧化活性均随多糖浓度增加呈极显著的一次线性或二次曲线升高(P<0.01)。7月份采收的黄花蒿多糖含量最高,体外抗氧化能力也最强;5月与6月份采收的黄花蒿多糖的体外抗氧化能力次之。研究表明,黄花蒿多糖是一种具有较强抗氧化活性的纯天然抗氧化剂,其抗氧化活性因采收时期的不同而有一定差异;与5、6月份相比,7月份采收的黄花蒿多糖抗氧化能力最强。 The experiment was to study the antioxidant activities of polysaccharide from Artemisia annua L.(A annua L.)at different harvesting stages.A annua L.at three different stages was selected to prepare polysaccharides by enzyme extraction and alcohol precipitation method,measuring its content.The antioxidant activity of A annua L.polysaccharide was evaluated by determining the clearance rate of free radicals(DPPH·,OH·,·O_(2)^(-))in vitro,total reducing capacity and total antioxidant capacity(ABTS method).The results showed that the antioxidant activity of A annua L.polysaccharide in vitro showed a very extreme linear or quadratic curve increase with the increase of polysaccharide concentration at different harvest periods(P<0.01).The polysaccharides of A annua L.harvested in July had the highest content and the strongest in vitro antioxidant capacity.A annua L.polysaccharides harvested in May and June had the second highest in vitro antioxidant capacity.The experiment indicates that A annua L.polysaccharide is a pure natural antioxidant with strong antioxidant activity,whose antioxidant activity varies with the harvest period.Compared with May and June,A annua L.polysaccharides harvested in July has the strongest antioxidant capacity.
