原料含水量和添加剂对紫花苜蓿裹包青贮品质的影响 被引量:3

Effect of raw material moisture and additives on quality of alfalfa wrapped silage

摘要 试验旨在研究原料含水量和添加剂及其交互作用对紫花苜蓿裹包青贮品质的影响。试验在原料含水量70%、63%和58%的紫花苜蓿中分别添加乳酸菌、玉米粉、乳酸菌+玉米粉混料进行裹包青贮,对照组(CK组)不添加添加剂,每组3个重复。结果显示,不同水分条件下各组感官评价总分6~17分,均为合格青贮饲料。原料水分和添加剂的交互作用对苜蓿青贮的粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、氨态氮/总氮值和有机酸含量有显著影响(P<0.05);不同水分条件下使用添加剂均能够显著提高苜蓿青贮饲料的粗蛋白和乳酸含量(P<0.05),降低中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的含量、pH值、氨态氮/总氮值(P<0.05);水分对苜蓿青贮饲料发酵品质具有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究表明,原料含水量58%条件下,添加乳酸菌+玉米粉混料苜蓿青贮效果最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of raw material moisture content, additives and their interaction on quality of Medicago sativa wrapped silage. In the experiment, lactic acid bacteria, corn meal and lactic acid bacteria + corn meal were added to alfalfa with 70%, 63% and 58% water contentv for silage, respectively. The control group(CK group)did not add additives, each group had 3 replicates. The results showed that the total sensory evaluation score of each additive group under different moisture conditions of the raw materials was between 6~17 points, all of which were qualified silage. The interaction between additives and raw material moisture had significant effects on crude protein,neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen value and organic acid content of medicago sativa silage(P<0.05). Each additive significantly increased the content of crude protein and lactic acid in medicago sativa silage(P<0.05), and reduced the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber, pH value, ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen value(P<0.05). Moisture had significant effect on fermentation quality of alfalfa silage(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the effect of medicago sativa silage is the best in the mixed group of lactic acid bacteria and cornmeal under the condition of 58% raw material moisture.
