家禽无抗日粮饲养整体方案研究进展

Research progress on non-antibiotic feed-based feeding management in poultry

摘要 饲用抗生素促生长剂的应用极大提高了家禽的生产性能,推动了家禽产业链发展。但日益凸显的抗生素残留与耐药性等问题,迫使各国亟待出台综合的禁抗后整体饲养方案。文章综述了后抗生素时代下,家禽无抗日粮饲养的整体措施,重点从精准营养、饲料加工工艺、抗生素潜在替代物、饲料品质控制、饲养管理措施等方面阐释了调控家禽养分消化代谢、肠道健康和疾病预防的综合措施的研究进展,以期为无抗日粮模式下家禽的高效健康生产提供应对方案。 The application of antibiotic growth promoters greatly improves the performance of poultry,and further promotes the development of poultry production chain.Meanwhile,many countries are urgent to introduce overall antibiotic-free feeding program under the situation of rising antibiotic residue and drug resistance.The review summarizes the feeding management of poultry based on non-antibiotic feed in the post-antibiotic era.It elucidates the regulating ways in nutrient digestion and metabolism,intestinal health and disease prevention of poultry from the aspects of the precise nutritional regulation,feed processing technology,antibiotic substitutes,feed quality control and farm management measures,in order to provide comprehensive antibiotics-free feed-based solutions for a high-efficient poultry production.
