饲料可在益生菌菌体的繁殖和代谢作用下改善营养特征,降低饲料原料中部分抗营养因子含量。母猪采食益生菌发酵饲料可提高其采食量及饲料消化率,改善泌乳母猪乳品质,提高繁殖性能,缓解妊娠母猪便秘等。文章综述了益生菌发酵饲料的相关概念、理化特性及益生菌发酵饲料对繁殖母猪生产性能的影响,分析了益生菌发酵饲料应用于繁殖母猪存在的问题,并对未来研究发展方向进行展望。

Under the action of reproduction and metabolism of probiotic bacteria,the feed improves the nutritional characteristics of the feed and reduces some anti-nutritional factors in the feed raw materials.The use of probiotic fermented feed in sow production could increase the feed intake of pigs and feed digestibility,improve the milk quality of lactating sows,improve reproductive performance,and alleviate the constipation of pregnant sows.The artical indicates that the related concepts,physical and chemical characteristics of probiotic fermented feed and the impact of probiotic fermented feed on the production performance of breeding sows,analyzes the problems existing in the application of probiotic fermented feed in breeding sows,and analyzes the future research and development direction.
