苏州市三级医院医务人员重大呼吸道传染病核心应急能力调查

Investigation on core emergency capability of major respiratory infectious diseases among medical staff in tertiary hospitals of Suzhou City

目的了解苏州市县区级三级医院医务人员重大传染病疫情的核心应急能力现状,为传染病防控培训、演练提供支持。方法2020年6月,参照医务人员传染病突发事件核心应急能力指标体系设计问卷,对苏州市县区的5所三级医院医务人员进行电子问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果发放问卷989份,收回有效问卷865份。医务人员重大疫情核心应急能力总分为(149.48±17.59)分,得分率为83.04%,其中预防能力得分率为89.00%,准备能力得分率为81.10%,应急能力得分率为82.81%。多因素logistic分析显示,医务人员既往是否参加过重大传染病救治救援、疫情发生前是否参加过常见或新发传染病防控培训是重大疫情核心应急能力的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论苏州市县区级三级医院医务人员的重大疫情核心应急能力处于高等水平,但医生在特定突发公卫事件情形下的应急救援能力欠缺。加强新发传染病的培训演练,鼓励医务人员积极参与突发公卫事件的应急救援十分重要。

Objective To understand the current situation of the core emergency capability of major respiratory infectious disease outbreak among medical staff in county-level tertiary hospitals of Suzhou City,provide support for prevention and control training and drill of infectious disease.Methods In June 2020,the questionnaire was designed according to the index system of core emergency response capability of medical staff for infectious disease emergencies,an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among the medical staff in five tertiary hospitals of counties and districts in Suzhou City,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results 989 questionnaires were distributed and 865 valid questionnaires were recovered.The total score on core emergency response capability of major epidemic was(149.48±17.59)points,with the scoring rate of 83.04%,of which the scoring rate of prevention ability was 89.00%,the scoring rate of preparation ability was 81.10%,and the scoring rate of emergency ability was 82.81%.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that whether the medical staff had participated in the rescue of major infectious diseases in the past,and whether they had participated in the prevention and control training of common or novel pandemic before this outbreak were the main influencing factors of the core emergency response capability of infectious diseases(both P<0.05).Conclusions Core emergency capability of infectious diseases outbreak among the medical staff in county-level tertiary hospitals of Suzhou City is at a high level,however,doctors lack the emergency rescue capability in specific public health emergencies.It is important to strengthen the training and drill against novel infectious diseases,and encourage medical personnel to actively participate in the emergency rescue of public health emergencies.
