长春市社区护士健康教育能力现状调查

Investigation on health education ability of community nurses in Changchun City

目的了解长春市社区护士健康教育能力现状,深度分析影响社区护士健康教育能力的相关因素,并提出相应建议与对策。方法用横断面调查研究方法,于2020年8—11月应用随机抽样法在长春市每个行政区域分别抽取5所社区,按照整群抽样法对符合本研究纳入排除标准的社区护士进行问卷调查。结果长春市社区护士健康教育能力总分为(114.97±15.79)分,量表得分最高维度是评估能力[(35.27±5.33)分],最低为实施和评价能力[(24.50±3.47)分];不同年龄、初始学历、职称、工作单位、月总收入、接受健康教育培训次数、是否有过带教经历、是否继续教育、有无综合性医院工作经历及是否有关于健康教育内容而外出学习的社区护士健康教育能力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。影响长春市社区护士健康教育能力的因素按照重要性依次排序为接受健康教育次数、初始学历、职称、有无综合性医院工作经历、是否有带教经历及是否有关于健康教育内容而外出学习经历(β=0.376、0.287、0.159、0.118、0.076、0.073)。结论长春市社区护士健康教育能力处于中等水平,此能力有待进一步提高。

Objective To understand the current situation of health education ability of community nurses in Changchun City,analyze the related factors affecting the health education ability of community nurses in depth,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.Methods A cross-sectional study was adopted.From August to November in 2020,five communities in each administrative region of Changchun City were selected by random sampling method.Based on the cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on community nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study.Results The total score of health education ability of community nurses in Changchun City was(114.97±15.79)points,the highest score in dimension of the scale was the evaluation ability[(35.27±5.33)points],while the lowest score was implementation and evaluation capacity[(24.50±3.47)points].There were statistically significant differences in the score of health education ability among community nurses with different ages,initial education background,title,work unit,total monthly income,number of health education training,whether there was any experience of teaching,whether there was the continuing education,whether there was comprehensive hospital work experience,and whether there was outside training obtaining health education content(P<0.05).In order of importance,the factors influencing the health education ability of community nurses in Changchun City were the number of health education,initial education background,whether there were comprehensive hospital work experience,whether there was any experience of teaching,and whether there was outside training obtaining health education content(β=0.376,0.287,0.159,0.118,0.076,0.073).Conclusion The health education ability of community nurses in Changchun City is at a medium level,which needs to be further improved.
