摘要
我国儿童青少年零食消费率逐年提高,零食消费已成为一种重要饮食行为,也成为决定膳食模式的重要因素之一。而目前国内外对零食的概念并不统一,零食种类繁多、营养质量差异大。我们将探索零食行为与儿童青少年的健康关系,为指导儿童青少年零食消费提供科学依据,引导儿童青少年在不影响正餐的前提下合理选择、适时适度地消费零食,树立合理膳食观念。
The snack consumption rate of children and adolescents in China is increasing year by year.Snack consumption has become an important dietary behavior and one of the important factors determining the dietary pattern.At present,the concept of snacks is not unified at home and abroad.There are many kinds of snacks and different nutritional quality.We will explore the relationship between snack behavior and the health of children and adolescents,provide scientific basis for guiding children and adolescents to snack consumption,guide them to reasonably choose and moderately consume snacks on the premise of not affecting the dinner,and establish the concept of reasonable diet.
