印度尼西亚产三种生姜种类的特征及应用

印度尼西亚各种生姜变种产量丰富,且有效成分含量各有差异,具有独特性。通过检索中外关于印尼生姜外观的分析和药用的研究文献,对印尼产三种主要生姜品种的特征及应用进行综述,结果发现印尼生姜的生产受多种因素影响,如生长环境、采收时间、炮制状态等,因此印度尼西亚各个生姜变种有效成分的含量也有差异。印尼生姜据其形状、大小和苞片颜色分为红姜、黄大姜和白小姜。这三种生姜品种的差异相对稳定,具有散寒解表、降逆止呕、止咳平喘等功效,在抗炎、止痛、抑菌上有突出的药理作用,且三种生姜的主要化学成分含量各异,其药用价值也具有显著的特异性。

Indonesian various ginger varieties have rich production,and the uniqueness is due to their different content of active ingredients.By retrieving Chinese and foreign appearance analysis and medicinal research literature on Indonesian ginger varieties,the characteristics and application of the three main ginger varieties of Indonesia are reviewed.It turns out that the production of Indonesian ginger is affected by a variety of factors,such as growth environment,harvesting time,processing state,etc.As a result,there is also a difference in the active ingredients of Indonesian ginger varieties.Indonesian ginger varieties are divided into red ginger,elephant ginger and small white ginger according to their shape,size and bract color.The differences in these three ginger varieties are relatively stable,with the effect of dispelling cold,relieving exterior,lowering the reversed flow of Qi,preventing vomiting,antitussive,antiasthmatic,etc.Their pharmacological actions in anti-inflammatory,pain relief and antibacterial are also prominent.Moreover,given that the main chemical composition content of the three ginger varieties is different,the medicinal value has significant specificity.
