院内中药制剂感冒退热颗粒制备工艺研究

Study on Preparation Process of Ganmao Tuire Granules of In-hospital Preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:研究感冒退热颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:以颗粒的成型性、吸湿性、溶化性、颗粒外观、成型率、水分以及测定其引湿性及临界相对湿度等为考察指标,优选出感冒退热颗粒最佳的制备工艺。结果:采用水提-湿法制粒制备,浸膏粉加入蔗糖(干膏粉∶蔗糖=1∶1.9~1∶2),搅拌5~10min,混匀,以85%乙醇(干膏粉∶85%乙醇=1∶0.35~1∶0.40)制粒,干燥,整粒,分装,即得。结论:该感冒退热颗粒制备工艺可行,为其质量标准及临床使用奠定基础。

Objective:To research the best preparation process of Ganmao Tuire Granules.Methods:Taking the formability,hygroscopicity,solubility,appearance of the particles,forming rate,moisture,and the determination of the moisture absorption and critical relative humidity of the particles as the inspection indicators,the best preparation process for the Ganmao Tuire Granules is selected.Results:The extract powder was prepared by water extraction and wet granulation,adding sucrose(dry extract powder:sucrose=1∶1.9~1∶2),stirring for 5~10 min,mixing well,granulating with 85%ethanol(dry extract powder:85%ethanol=1∶0.35~1∶0.40),drying,granulating,repackaging.Conclusion:The preparation process of Ganmao Tuire Granules is feasible,which lays the foundation for its quality standards and clinical use.
