针刺综合治疗脑性瘫痪合并反复呼吸道感染临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined Treatment of Cerebral Palsy Combined with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察毫针长时留针法治疗脑性瘫痪合并反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将134例脑性瘫痪伴反复呼吸道感染的患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各67例。两组患儿均给予常规康复治疗+维生素AD滴剂口服治疗,治疗组同时予太渊穴、太溪穴、三阴交穴毫针长时留针治疗,疗程3个月。治疗后随访1年评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组患儿治疗总有效率达91.1%,明显高于对照组的74.6%;治疗后随访1年,治疗组患儿呼吸道总感染次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患儿中医证候积分改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫针长时留针法防治脑性瘫痪合并反复呼吸道感染效果显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the treatment of cerebral palsy complicated with recurrent respiratory tract infection by using filiform needle for a long time.Methods:134 children with cerebral palsy with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,67 cases in each,according to random number table method.The two groups were given conventional rehabilitation therapy+vitamin AD drops oral treatment,the treatment group was also given Taiyuan,Taixi,Sanyinjiao point filiform acupuncture treatment for a long time,a course of 3 months.Clinical efficacy was evaluated after 1 year follow-up after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.1%,significantly higher than that in the control group(74.6%).The number of total infections in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of children in the treatment group improved more obviously,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The filiform needle retained for a long time has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of cerebral palsy complicated with recurrent respiratory tract infection,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,and is worthy of clinical application.
