基于国家专利分析慢性心力衰竭的中医用药规律

To Analyze the Rule of TCM Medication for Chronic Heart Failure Based on National Patent

目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭的中医用药规律。方法:选取2000年1月1日-2021年3月1日在国家知识产权局数据库发表的有关于治疗慢性心力衰竭的中药复方专利,应用频数分析、规则分析、熵聚类分析,分析其主治证型、高频药物、配伍规律、核心药物及新处方。结果:通过筛选得到80项相关中药复方专利,涉及251味中药,最常见的证型为气滞血瘀证(40次,50%);最常用的药物为黄芪(42次,15.16%);最常用的对药为丹参-黄芪(23次,10.90%);关联度较高的组合为桂枝-黄芪(置信度:0.82);通过聚类分析得到14个核心组合,7个新处方。结论:现代中医治疗慢性心力衰竭,要注重辨证论治与用药规律,以提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the rule of TCM drug use in chronic heart failure.Methods:The patent of traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of chronic heart failure was selected and published in the database of National Intellectual Property Administration on January 1,2000 and March 1,2021.The application frequency analysis,rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis were used to analyze the main syndrome type,high frequency drugs,compatibility rules,core drugs and new prescriptions.Results:80 related TCM compound patents were obtained through screening,involving 251 TCM compounds.The most common syndrome type was Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(40 times,50%).The most commonly used drug was Astragalus membranaceus(42 times,15.16%).The most commonly used drugs were Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragalus membranaceus(23 times,10.90%).The combination with higher correlation degree was cassia twig and astragalus membranaceus(confidence:0.82).Through cluster analysis,14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Modern Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure,we should pay attention to the dialectical treatment and medication rules,in order to improve clinical efficacy.
