俄罗斯2009年发布的第二代小学教育国家标准和示范性教学大纲,数学与信息学是其中重要的组成部分。其突出的特点是拓展数学课程领域及内容,重视信息技术能力的培养;构建层级性成就评价体系,注重学生差异化结果要求;重视学生的通用学习能力,强化学科能力间的关系。

In 2009,Russia released the second generation of primary education national standard and demonstration of the syllabus,and mathematics and informatics is an important part of it.The outstanding characteristic of the standard and syllabus is to expand the mathematics curriculum domain and the content,pays more attention to the information technology ability training.The hierarchical achievement evaluation system should be constructed,and students’differentiated results should be emphasized.The general learning ability of students should be emphasized,and the relationship between it and subject ability should be strengthened.
