医疗信息化的项目群管理方法研究

近年来,互联网、人工智能、大数据等技术高速发展,我国医疗信息化受技术革新、利好政策、医院管理及服务水平提升需求等影响,呈现快速发展的趋势,在医院精细化管理和患者就诊体验方面成效显著。但随着项目规模的逐渐扩大,实施的整体规划、进度管理、交付质量等面临严峻挑战,项目团队对大型复杂项目的管理能力仍有待提升。该文结合医疗信息化的发展现状,探讨其项目群管理方法。

In recent years,Internet,artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies have made with the rapid development.Affected by technological innovation,favorable policies,hospital management and the demand for improving service level,China's medical informatization shows a rapid development trend,and has achieved remarkable results in hospital fine management and patient treatment experience.However,with the gradual expansion of the project scale,the overall planning,schedule management and delivery quality of the implementation are facing severe challenges,and the management ability of the project team for large and complex projects still needs to be improved.Combined with the development status of medical informatization,this paper discusses the project group management method.
