Research on the Demand and Training Path of Applied Talents under the Background of"New Commerce"

随着数字经济时代的到来,传统商业进行着巨大的变革,新商业模式不断出现,“新商科”应运而生。该文在对新商科和应用型人才的内涵进行重新梳理与界定的基础上,通过当面访谈和调查问卷的形式,调查了各类企业在“新商科”背景下对应用型人才的需求,从坚持立德树人、重新定位应用型人才培养目标、推行线上线下“跨域”融合的教学新模式、构建跨界资源共享新方式和打造适应“新商科”发展的师资队伍等方面提出培养应用型新商科人才的路径。

With the advent of the digital economy era,traditional business is undergoing great changes,new business models continue to appear,and and"new business"arises at the historic moment.On the basis of combing and defining the connotation of new business and applied talents again,this paper investigates the needs of various enterprises for applied talents under the background of"New Commerce"in the form of face-to-face interview and questionnaire,from adhering to establishing morality and cultivating talents,repositioning the training objectives of applied talents,implementing the new teaching mode of online and offline"cross domain"integration Build a new way of cross-border resource sharing and build a team of teachers to adapt to the development of"New Commerce",and put forward the path of cultivating applied new business talents.
